SECOND RENEWAL OF FORT WORTH
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 54730
This SECOND RENEWAL OF FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT
NO. 54730 ("Renewal') is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth, a
home -rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas ("City"), acting herein by and through
Dana Burghdoff, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and DALWORTH LIGHTING &
ELECTRICAL SERVICES, LLC, a domestic limited liability company ("Vendor"), acting
herein by and through Paul Moore, its duly authorized President. City and Vendor are
individually referred to as a "party" and collectively referred to as the "parties".
WHEREAS, City and Vendor are currently parties to an agreement for Vendor to
provide electrical services at Fort Worth Meacham International Airport, the same being Fort
Worth City Secretary Contract No. 54730 (the "Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Agreement provides for up to four (4) twelve-month renewal options
under the same terms and conditions;
WHEREAS, the first renewal term of Agreement was for a period from October 1, 2021
to September 30, 2022; and
WHEREAS, prior to the termination of the first renewal term, the parties were both of
the same understanding that the Agreement would continue for the second, twelve-month,
renewal term which will be for a period beginning on October 1, 2022 and ending on September
30, 2023 which is now being memorialized through this Renewal.
NOW THEREFORE, KNOWN ALL BY THESE PRESENT, City and Vendor, acting
herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into this Renewal as follows:

The City and Vendor hereby agree to enter into this Renewal as permitted under
the Agreement, for a renewal term beginning on October 1, 2022 and ending on September 30,
2023.
2.
Except as expressly modified in this Renewal, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
