FIRST AMENDMENT AND SECOND RENEWAL TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 55479
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND NEU ERA CONTRACT SERVICES
This First Amendment and Second Renewal to City Secretary Contract No. 55479
("First Amendment and Second Renewal") is made by and between the City of Fort Worth
("City"), a Texas home -rule municipal corporation, and Neu Era Contract Services, LLC, a
Texas limited liability company ("Contractor"). City and Contractor shall be referred to
individually as a Party and collectively as the Parties.
WHEREAS, City and New Era Contract Services, LLC entered into an agreement for
Contractor to provide boarding and securing services to the City, City Secretary Contract No.
55479 ("Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the initial term of the Agreement was from March 30, 2021 to March 29,
2022; and
WHEREAS, the City consented to the assignment of the Agreement from New Era
Contract Services, LLC to Neu Era Contract Services, LLC, City Secretary Contract No. 55479-
CA I; and
WHEREAS, the Parties renewed the Agreement for the first renewal term from March 30,
2022 to March 29, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to renew the Agreement for an additional one year period;
and
WHEREAS, Contractor has requested a price increase of .09375% on the cost of the
services provided under the Agreement due to inflationary costs
NOW THEREFORE, the City and Contractor, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement which amends and renews City
Secretary Contract No. 55479 as follows:
The Agreement is hereby renewed for its second renewal term to be effective from March
30, 2023 to March 29, 2024.

Exhibit B of the Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety to be and read as set forth in
Exhibit 1 of this First Amendment and Second Renewal which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.

All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.

This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be
an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy
or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall
have the same effect as anoriginal.
