SECOND RENEWAL TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 55562
A VENDOR SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH
AND PRESTIGE WORLDWIDE SEVICES
This Second Renewal to City Secretary Contract No. 55562 ("Second Renewal") is
made by and between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a home -rule municipal corporation of the
State of Texas, and Prestige Worldwide Services ("Vendor"), each individually referred to herein
as a "Party" and collectively as "Parties."
WHEREAS, on April 13, 2021, the Parties entered into an agreement for Vendor to
provide the City with non-exclusive mowing services, City Secretary Contract No. 55562
("Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the initial term of the Agreement was from April 13, 2021 to April 12, 2022;
and
WHEREAS, the Agreement allows for renewals under the same terms and conditions for
four one-year renewal options at the City's sole discretion; and
WHEREAS, the Parties previously executed the first renewal of the Agreement from April
13, 2022, to April 12, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to renew the term of the Agreement for a second renewal
term from April 13, 2023 to April 12, 2024;
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Vendor acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, renew the Agreement as follows:
1.
The Agreement is hereby renewed for an additional year from April 13, 2023 to April 12,
2024, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Agreement.
2.
All other provisions of Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in
full force and effect.
3.
This Renewal may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original
and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy or computer image,
such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall have the same effect as an
original.
