Change Order No.1 provides for the following:
The installation of a 10 fool diameter concrete manhole in leiu of a 10 foot diameter polymer concrete manhole due to leakage and
maintainability issues with polymer manholes of this size,
The installation of a 5 foot diameter Type A manhole in leiu of a standard 4 foot diameter manhole in order to accomodale the
connection of proposed 42-inch sewer main to an existing main.
Additional fittings for the polymer manhole at station 32+64 to accomodale the new Type A manhole above for change in angle and pipe
size.
The deletion of pay itern quantities that are no longer needed on the project.
II is understood and aoreed that the acceptance of this Channe Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and renresents navmenf
in full (both time and money) for all costs arising out of, or incidental to, the above Change Order.
