FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 57766
This First Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 57766 is made between
the City of Fort Worth ("Buyer"), a municipal corporation and North American Rescue LLC
("Vendor").
WHEREAS, Buyer and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City
Secretary Contract No. 57766 beginning June 30, 2022 ("Original Agreement");
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Buyer and Vendor to amend the Agreement
to increase compensation from $117,933.00 to $123,933.00 for additional purchases;
NOW THEREFORE Buyer and Vendor do hereby agree to the following:
I.
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
The following terms are hereby amended to either replace any conflicting terms in the
Original Agreement or shall be added to the terms and shall be binding and enforceable as if they
were originally included therein and the amended agreement shall be referred to as the Agreement
in all future documents:
City shall pay Vendor in accordance with the fee schedule in Exhibit A and
in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Total payment made
under this Agreement for the first year by City shall not exceed One Hundred
Twenty -Three Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty -Three Dollars
($123,933.00). Vendor shall not provide any additional items or services or
bill for expenses incurred for City not specified by this Agreement unless City
requests and approves in writing the additional costs for such services. City
shall not be liable for any additional expenses of Vendor not specified by this
Agreement unless City first approves such expenses in writing

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this agreement, to be effective the
day the Assistant City Manager signs this Agreement.
