ORDER
Change Order No. 1 provides compensation for the following:
The installlion of 1,000 liner feet of temporary water lines to construction trailers along with the delivery of 75 packs of water and 3 portable
toilets to the Federal Mint building in order to maintain water service when the 24-Inch water main at Harmon Road is shut down to
accommodate a tie-in.
• Emergency move in to conduct valve adjustments at Bailey Boswell Road and Western Center to accommodate TXDOT's paving
operations.
Additional traffic control on the project.
Major manhole adjustments and valve box adjustments on FM 156
Staff concurs with the contractor's request of an additional 150 calendar days for this change order and for delays resulting from having to
wait while TXDOT conducted improvements on Harmon Road and Bailey Boswell Road,
