Renewal Term No. 1: May 7. 2022 to May 6. 2023
The oriLinal teiTn of the agreement expired on May 6, 2022 and included the option of two
one-year renewals. -MOUgh the parties did not execute a written renewal after the expiration of the
initial term, the parties continued to perform under- the teiTns of the agreement as though they had
renewed the Agreement. And. now, the parties wish to memorialize their intent to renew the
agreement for its first renewal term of May 7, 2022 to May 6, 2023.
The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth expires on May 6, 2022.
Pul-strarit to the Coritracl. contract renewals are at the sole option of the City. This letter is to inform you
that the City is exercising its right to renew. the Contract for an additional one (1) year period, which
►vill begin imnivdiately- after the Expiration Date. All other terms and conditions of the Contract
ren7ain unehan;ed. Please return this signed acknowledgement letter, along with your quote for
charges for the new renewal term, and current insurance certificate, to the address set forth
below, acknowledging receipt of the Contract Rene%vaI Notice.
