FIRST AMENDMENT AND FIRST RENEWAL TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 58282
This First Amendment and First Renewal to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 58282
is made between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a municipal corporation and Convergint
Technologies LLC ("Vendor"), a limited liability company.
WHEREAS, City and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City
Secretary Contract No. 58282 beginning October 20, 2022 ("Original Agreement");
WHEREAS, it is the Vendor's desire to amend the Agreement to change its current entity
name of DG Investment Intermediate Holdings 2 I to Convergint Technologies LLC;
WHEREAS, The Original Agreement expired on March 31, 2023; and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both City and Vendor to renew the Original
Agreement, as amended, for an additional year term.
NOW THEREFORE City and Vendor do hereby agree to the following:
I.
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
The following terms are hereby amended to either replace any conflicting terms in the
Original Agreement or shall be added to the terms and shall be binding and enforceable as if they
were originally included therein and the amended agreement shall be referred to as the Agreement
in all future documents:
1. The City of Fort Worth consents to Vendor's entity name change from DG
Investment Intermediate Holdings 2 I to Convergint Technologies LLC.
II.
RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT
The Agreement, as amended herein, is hereby renewed for a term commencing on April 1,
2023, and ending on March 31, 2024.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this agreement, to be effective the
day the Assistant City Manager signs this Agreement.
