Phase 2 includes, drainage and paving improvements located west of phasing boundary and all street light improvements for Village Residential. Phase 2 has been added to WR - PA3W-A Plan set (CPN 103935). 2 NO CITY FUNDS INVOLVED IN THIS CONTRACT.
