FIRST AMENDMENT TO NON-EXCLUSIVE WINDOW WASHING
SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND
D&A BUILDING SERVICES, INC.
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 56148
This First Amendment to the NON-EXCLUSIVE WINDOW WASHING SERVICES
AGREEMENT ("First Amendment"), Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 56148, between
the CITY OF FORT WORTH ("City"), a Texas home rule municipal corporation and D&A
BUILDING SERVICES, INC. ("Vendor"), a Texas Corporation, each individually referred to
as a "party" and collectively referred to as the "parties."
WHEREAS City and Vendor entered into an agreement for window washing services for
the City's various facilities, said agreement being identified as Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 56148 and having an effective date of August 7, 2021 (the "Agreement"); and
WHEREAS the Agreement has been renewed to expire on August 3, 2023; and
WHEREAS City and Vendor now wish to amend the Agreement for the first time to
include additional window washing services.
NOW THEREFORE, City and Vendor, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, agree to the following terms:
1. Amendment of Scone of Services. The services and fees included in Exhibit A — "D&A
WINDOW CLEANING PROPOSAL" attached to this First Amendment are incorporated into
the Agreement's Exhibit A — "Scope of Services" and Exhibit B — "Price Schedule" as if they
had been originally set forth in the Agreement.
2. All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. Total payment made under the
Agreement shall not exceed One Hundred Eighteen Thousand Seventy -Three and No/100
Dollars ($118,073).

D&A WINDOW CLEANING PROPOSAL
D&A Building Services will clean the Exterior & Interior windows from City of Fort Worth North Animal
campus. Our window cleaning process uses a strip washer with a plush pile fabric to apply a mild detergent
that is removed by squeegee then we wipe down the frame.
