SECOND (2) RENEWAL TO CITY OF FORT WORTH
CONTRACT 55697
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND SEF BUILDERS
INC.
This Renewal Agreement is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth
(hereafter "City"), a home rule municipality, with its principal place of business at 200 Texas
Street, Fort Worth, Texas, and SEF Builders, Inc. ("Contractor"), City and Contractor may
be referred to individually as a Parry and collectively as the Parties.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, on or about May 10, 2021, the Parties entered into City Secretary
Contract 55697 for Contractor to build weather resistant play yard covers at the animal care
and control. (" Original Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Original Agreement was first amended ("First Amendment") on or
about October 26, 2021 to increase the total compensation;
WHEREAS, the Parties amended the Original Agreement to permit the Original
Agreement be renewed for four one-year options at the option of the City, on or about May
16, 2022 ; and
WHEREAS, the Parties agree to renew the Original Agreement to a first renewal
term beginning on May 10, 2022 to May 9, 2023.
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to renew the Original Agreement for a second renewal
term beginning on May 10, 2023 to May 9, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, acting herein by the through their duly authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement:
I.
RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT
1. The Original Agreement, as amended herein, is hereby renewed for a Second
Renewal Term beginning on May 10, 2023 and ending on May 9, 2024.
II.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.

III.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This Amendment and Extension may be executed in multiple counterparts, each
of which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same
instrument. A facsimile copy or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a
signature, shall be treated as and shall have the same effect as an original.
