RENEWAL 6 TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 45490
SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT
This Renewal is executed by and between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a home -rule
municipal corporation, and Arphax Publishing Co ("Vendor"). City and Vendor are each
individually referred to herein as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
WHEREAS, the Parties have previously entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 45490 ("Agreement') on April 15, 2014 that was amended on March 1, 2018;
WHEREAS, Agreement was executed for Vendor to provide the City access to
HistoryGeo.com;
WHEREAS, the original term of the Agreement expired on April 15, 2015;
WHEREAS, Agreement allows for renewals so long as the Parties agree to renew the
Contract;
WHEREAS, amended Agreement was previously renewed with the current term ending
on August 1, 2023; and
WHEREAS, Parties now wish to renew the term of Agreement for continued services
pursuant to the original Agreement for an additional year, specifically from August 2, 2023 to
August 1, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, Parties acting herein by and through their duly -authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement to renew the contract:

RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT
The term of Agreement is hereby renewed for an additional year to begin on August 2,
2023 and expire on August 1, 2024, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Agreement. The
attached document from Vendor is hereby attached and incorporated for all purposes as
Attachment A. In the event of any conflict between the Agreement or this Renewal and Attachment
A, the Agreement and this Renewal shall control over Attachment A.
2.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in
full force and effect.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This Renewal may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an
original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy
or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall
have the same effect as anoriginal.
