Contract No. CSC No. 58634 ("Agreement")
Renewal Term No. 1: August 1, 2023 to July 31, 2024
The above -referenced Agreement with the City of Fort Worth expires on July 31, 2023
("Expiration Date"). Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, it may be renewed for up to four (4)
one-year renewal terms. This letter memorializes the collective desire of the parties to renew the
Agreement for a renewal term, which will begin immediately after the Expiration Date. All other
terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged. Please return this signed
acknowledgement letter to the address set forth below acknowledging receipt of the Contract
Renewal Notice.
