It has been represented that an additional sum of $1.7 million has been allocated to the project. Of this total, $855,132.00 will be allocated to Kingsridge West. The balance of $844,868 will be allocated to Kingridge Park. Improvements in Kingridge Park have been largely designed and no additional design fees are requested related to that park or it's added funding. A schematic master plan for Kingsridge West Park was prepared under the existing contract. It is assumed that the proposed improvements in Kingsridge West will generally follow that plan subject to survey and geotech findings. It has been represented that the remaining three parks in the original contract will be bid together soon. Kingridge West will be combined into a separate project to be bid at a later date following completion of design. Primary proposals from team members CMJ and Spooner are attached as part of this collective amendment proposal. Due to this being a separate bidding package with added funding, we will utilize Accessology to provide expanded review and inspection of the combined Kingsridge and Kingsridge West projects. SBE Participation TLA will engage the services of recognized local sub -consultants to achieve the City's goals related to SBE participation. Proposed SBE members will include: 1. Spooner & Associates will provide survey of the devlopment zone of the park. 2. CMJ Engineering will provide geotechnical testing and evaluation. 3. Accessology will provide expanded review and inspection related to accessability issues. Fees The proposed base fee for the services outlined above is $ 97,062.00. This fee includes all primary services described in the scope of services outline to be provided by TLA and its consultants. A schedule of proposed fees by firm is included herein. 951 W.
