Re: Contract Termination Notice
Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is to inform you that the City is exercising its right to terminate the Vendor
Services Agreement, dated 10/12/2022, CSC No. 58241 (the "Contract"). Pursuant to section 4 of
the Contract, the City has the right to terminate the Contract. The termination shall be effective 30
days after receipt of this notice.
Failure to provide a signed acknowledgment does not affect the termination of the
Contract.
If you have any questions concerning this Contract Termination Notice, please do not
