ADDENDUM 2 AND RENEWAL 3 TO
CITY OF FORT WORTH CONTRACT 55011
This Addendum and Renewal is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth
("City"), a home -rule municipality, and Wert Bookbinding, Inc. ("Vendor"). City and Vendor
shall be referred to individually as a Party and collectively as Parties.
WHEREAS, Parties previously entered into City Secretary Contract 55011 for Vendor to
provide book binding services ("Agreement") on December 9, 2020;
WHEREAS, Agreement was executed for to provide the City with book binding services
for the Fort Worth Public Library;
WHEREAS, Agreement may be renewed annually at City's discretion (Renewal Term)
for additional one-year renewal options; and
WHEREAS, Agreement was previously renewed for additional one-year terms with the
current renewal term ending on September 30, 2023;
WHEREAS, Parties now wish to renew the Agreement for an additional term from
October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024; and
WHEREAS, Parties wish to add updated pricing and services.
NOW, THEREFORE, Parties, acting herein by and through their duly -
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement:
1.
ADDENDUMS TO AGREEMENT
The following terms are hereby added to the reference terms in the Agreement and shall
be binding and enforceable as if they were originally included therein:
Exhibit D, Pricing Increase Letter dated July 12, 2023, is attached.
Following the initial term, additional services of the same general category may be added
based on pricing provided by the Vendor.
2.
RENEWAL
The term of the Agreement is hereby renewed for an additional year to begin on October
1, 2023 and expire on September 30, 2024, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the
Agreement.

ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.
4.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This Addendum and Renewal may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of
which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument.
A facsimile copy or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be
treated as and shall have the same effect as anoriginal.
