Renewal Term No. 3: September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2024
The above -referenced Vendor Services Agreement with the City of Fort Worth expires on
August 31, 2023 ("Expiration Date"). Pursuant to the terms of Agreement, Agreement may be
renewed at City's sole discretion for up to three (1) one-year renewal terms. This letter is to inform
you that the City is exercising its right to renew the Agreement for an additional one (1) year
period, which will begin immediately after the Expiration Date. All other terms and conditions of
Agreement remain unchanged.
Please return this signed acknowledgement letter, along with a copy of your current
insurance certificate, to the email address set forth below, acknowledging receipt of the
Agreement Renewal Notice. Failure to provide a signed acknowledgment does not affect the
renewal.
Please log onto PeopleSoft Purchasing at httDs:Hfortworthtexas.a_ ov/-Purchasinp-/ to ensure
that your company information is correct and up-to-date.
