JUSTIFICATION ,(REASONS):FOR'CHANGE-ORDE
Change Order No. 2 provides for the addition of door stops to the pump station building, reprogramming pressure set points for the pumps,
reimbursement for power cost during operational readyness tests, and a credit for a reduced duration of functional demonstration testing.
Staff concurs with the contractors request for an additional calendar 360 days on the project for the change order for the following:
o Pumps were delivered 2/1412023, 305 days after the target date in the baseline schedule.
o Operational testing was paused from April 13, 2023 to August 7, 2023 to develop a plan to complete testing during low demand.
