FIRST AMENDMENT AND FIRST RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY
CONTRACT NO. 58814, A NON-EXCLUSIVE GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES
AGREEMENT FOR IRRIGATION SERVICE BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH AND C. GREEN SCAPING, L.P.
This FIRST AMENDMENT AND FIRST RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY
CONTRACT NUMBER 58814 ("First Amendment and First Renewal") is made and entered
into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH ("City"), a home -rule municipal
corporation of the State of Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City
Manager, and C. GREEN SCAPING, L.P. ("Contractor"), a Texas Limited Partnership, acting
by and through its duly authorized representative.
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor entered into a non-exclusive grounds maintenance
services agreement, City Secretary Contract Number 58814 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Agreement provides for a primary term of one year, with five (5)
subsequent one-year renewal options;
WHEREAS, the primary term expires on September 30, 2023;
WHEREAS, the parties desire to exercise the first one-year renewal term, effective
beginning on October 1, 2023 and ending on September 30, 2024;
WHEREAS, the parties also desire to amend portions of Exhibit A concerning the
pricing schedule for certain locations; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City and Contractor agree to renew and extend the
Agreement for one additional year as follows:
I.
The City and Contractor agree to renew and extend the Agreement for the first renewal
term, effective beginning on October 1, 2023 and ending on September 30, 2024 ("First
Amendment and First Renewal").

Exhibit A of the Agreement is hereby amended to revise the pricing schedule for the specific
locations set forth below. All other locations in Exhibit A remain unaffected by this First Amendment
and First Renewal.

1. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect
except as specifically set forth in this First Amendment and First Renewal.

defined have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.
