Third Addendum to License Agreement
This Third Addendum is made as of the date hereof by and between CoStar Realty Information,
Inc. ("CoStar" or "Licensor") and City of Forth Worth ("Licensee") and is executed pursuant to and
made a part of the License Agreement signed by Licensee on June 2, 2021, and recorded with the
Fort Worth City Secretary as City Secretary Contract ("CSC") Number 55795, as addended by CSC
55795-A1 and 55795-AD2, for the provision of Licensor's commercial real estate information
service(s) (the "License Agreement"). Any capitalized term used in this Addendum and not otherwise
defined has the meaning set forth in the License Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, Licensor and Licensee agree that the License Agreement isfurther addended
as follows:
1. The term of the License Agreement automatically renews for an additional year
beginning on October 1, 2023 ("Second Renewal Term").
2. Effective as of October 1, 2023, the total License Fee for Licensee's existing services
during the Second Renewal Term is $29,610.00. The City will make all payments in accordance with
the terms of the License Agreement.
3. Licensor and Licensee agree that, except as expressly provided above, all of the terms
of the License Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Third Addendum on the day and
year set forth below and do each hereby warrant and represent that their respective signatories,
whose signatories appear below, have been and are on the date hereof duly authorized by all
necessary and appropriate action to execute this Third Addendum.
