Renewal Term No. 3: September 12023 to August 31, 2024
The above -referenced Agreement with the City of Fort Worth expires on August 31, 2023
("Expiration Date"). Pursuant to the terms Agreement, the Agreement may be renewed at City's
sole discretion for up to four (4) one-year renewal terms. This letter will memorialize the collective
desire of the parties to renew the Contract for its third (3rd) renewal term, which will begin
immediately after the Expiration Date. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain
unchanged. Please return this signed acknowledgement letter to the address set forth below
acknowledging receipt of the Contract Renewal Notice.
