Renewal Term No. 5: January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024
The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth will expire on December 31,
2023 (the "Expiration Date"). Pursuant to the Contract, contract renewals are at the sole option
of the City. This letter is to inform you that the City is exercising its right to renew the Contract
for an additional one (1) year period, which will begin immediately after the Expiration Date.
All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain unchanged. Please sign this letter as
acknowledgement of receipt of the Contract Renewal Notice, and return a copy of your
current insurance certificate, to the address set forth below. Failure to provide a signed
acknowledgment does not affect the renewal.

EXPLANATION
Attached is the fifth renewal of CSC 51555, the City's contract with AIITerra Central, Inc.
(AIITerra), renewing our membership in the RTK Network. The RTK Network is used to provide a
corrected, highly accurate GPS signal for Water Department GPS receivers. This agreement also
provides software licensing and support as well as GPS equipment purchases.
Allterra is exercising a price increase option defined in the contract to raise the unit cost of all RTK
VRS-RENEW subscriptions from $500.00 to $750.00 each resulting in a new annual cost of
$9,500.00. In addition, Allterra is exercising a price increase option for software maintenance on
their GPS software Trimble Business Center and their remote connection service for GPS
equipment Trimble Access from $468.97 to $502.77 and $460.52 to $502.77 respectively for a new
annual cost of $1005.54. Page 8 of the original agreement under the Fees section states "For each
additional renewal term, the Annual Fee shall be adjusted to the then -current Annual Fee.
Customers beyond their third year will continue with the "Additional Renewal term" fee to be
determined annually.
Allterra has increased the pricing of the TSC-7 collector and associated appurtenances included in
the 1 st amendment to CSC 51555 on page 3 under "Exhibit B" from $7,083.62 to $9,528.63 for a one-
time cost increase of $2,445.01.
CSC 51555 has a not to exceed amount of $92,760.52 to cover the subscriptions, software
purchases and support, and GPS hardware purchases and support. The proposed price increases
for RTK subscriptions, software maintenance fees, and hardware can be covered within the
existing contract spending authorization because of an expected reduction in hardware purchasing
needs.
