FIRST RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 58391,
A VENDOR SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND
TLD HOLDINGS, LLC DBA TEXAS ENTERTAINMENT GROUP
This FIRST RENEWAL ("First Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the
CITY OF FORT WORTH ("City"), a Texas home -rule municipal corporation, acting by and
through its authorized Assistant City Manager, and TLD HOLDINGS, LLC DBA TEXAS
ENTERTAINMENT GROUP ("Vendor"), a Texas limited liability company, acting by and
through its duly authorized representative. City and Vendor are herein referred to individually as
a ("Party") and collectively as the ("Parties").
WHEREAS, on November 4, 2022, the Parties entered into a Vendor Services
Agreement to provide entertainment rentals, such as games and bouce houses for events, the
same being City Secretary Contract ("CSC") Number 58391 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Agreement provides an initial term of one-year and four one-year
renewal periods (each a "Renewal Term");
WHEREAS, the initial term will expire on November 3, 2023;
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the Parties to extend the Agreement through
the First Renewal Term; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements
contained herein, the City and the Vendor agree to renew and extend the Agreement as follows:
I.
The City and Vendor hereby agree to renew and extend the Agreement for a one-year
period ("First Renewal Term"), effective beginning on November 4, 2023 and expiring on
November 3, 2024.
II.
(1) All terms and conditions of the Agreement that are not expressly amended
pursuant to this First Renewal shall remain in full force and effect.
(2) All terms in this First Renewal that are capitalized but not defined shall have
the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.
