AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 53839
SUBSCRIBER SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Amendment is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter
"Fort Worth" or "CFW"), a home -rule municipal corporation organized under the laws of the
State of Texas, with its principal place of business at 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas, and
Southwestern Seminary Police Department. (hereafter "USER'). CFW and USER are each
individually referred to herein as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
WHEREAS, the Parties have previously entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 53839 (the "Agreement") for SUBSCRIBER SERVICES AGREEMENT; and
WHEREAS, the CFW and USER wish to amend the Agreement to update the name of
the USER'S Police Chief to David Austin.
NOW, THEREFORE, CFW and USER, acting herein by the through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement to amend the Agreement:
1.
AMENDMENTS TO CONTRACT
The Contract is hereby amended as follows:
USER'S duly authorized Chief of Police, Kevin Collins shall be updated to David Austin.
2.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of the Contract which are not expressly amended herein will remain
in full force and effect.
3.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an
original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy or
computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall have the
same effect as an original.
