FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 59781
This First Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 59781 ("First
Amendment") is made between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a municipal corporation, and
Bracket Aircraft ("Vendor").
WHEREAS, the City and Vendor entered into a purchase agreement identified as Fort
Worth City Secretary Contract No. 59781 beginning July 17, 2023 (the "Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, due to supply chain challenges beyond either party's control, certain parts
for the item purchased have taken more time to than expected to come in;
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Fort Worth and Vendor to amend the
Agreement to extend the original expiration date from September 30, 2023, to November 30, 2023.
NOW THEREFORE, known by all these present, Fort Worth and Vendor, acting herein by
and through their duly authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the
Agreement as follows:
1. Section 3.0, "TERM" within Exhibit A of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its
entirety and replaced with the following:
3.0 TERM
This Agreement shall begin on the date signed by the Buyer's signatory ("Effective
Date") and shall expire on November 30, 2023 ("Expiration Date"), unless
terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement ("Initial Term").
2. All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
