THIRD RENEWAL AND SECOND AMENDMENT TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 56367
COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
This Third Renewal and Second Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract
No. 56367 is made between the City of Fort Worth ("Buyer"), a municipal corporation and
Intelicom, Inc. dba LiteSys, Inc. ("Seller").
WHEREAS, the Buyer and Seller entered into City Secretary Contract No. 56367
("Agreement"), which began on November 1, 2020;
WHEREAS, the Buyer and Seller last renewed the Agreement for a term that expired on
November 30, 2023;
WHEREAS, the Buyer and Seller wish to amend the Agreement to revise Exhibit C
Seller's Quote, Scope of Services or Purchase Order to update it according to the price increase;
and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Buyer and Seller to renew the Agreement,
for an additional year term.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Buyer and Seller, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement:

PRICE REVISE
The Agreement, is hereby amended as follows:
Exhibit C, entitled "Seller's Quote, Scope of Services or Purchase Order" attached to this
Amendment revises the Exhibit C attached to the Agreement, which provides a price revision.
2.
RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT
The Agreement, as amended herein, is hereby renewed and extended for a renewal term
commencing on December 1, 2023, and ending on November 30, 2024.
3.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.
4.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This Amendment and Renewal may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of
which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument.
A facsimile copy or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be
treated as and shall have the same effect as anoriginal.

Multi -position swivel, allows the operator to turn the message sign to be
positioned and locked into any viewing position using a handheld
controller. The controller has sign position indicator lights and is located
in the cab of the vehicle.
