THIRD AMENDMENT TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 55169
This Third Amendment is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter
"City"), a home rule municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas, with
its principal place of business at 200 Texas St, Fort Worth, Texas, and Watch Systems, LLC
(hereafter "Vendor"), a Texas limited liability company.
WHEREAS, City and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City
Secretary Contract No. 55169 beginning January 11, 2021 (the "Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the Buyer and Seller wish to amend the Addendum to Offenderwatch Suite to
revise for an updated price increase.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Vendor, acting herein by the through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement to amend the contract:

PRICE REVISE
The Agreement, is hereby amended as follows:
Exhibit A, entitled "Invoice," which is attached to this Amendment, revises the
Addendum to Offenderwatch Suite agreement, also attached, which provides a price increase.
2.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.
3.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This Amendment and Extension may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of
which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument.
A facsimile copy or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be
treated as and shall have the same effect as an original.
