AMENDMENT 1, RENEWAL 2 TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 57123
This Amendment and Renewal to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 57123 is made
between the City of Fort Worth ("Fort Worth"), a municipal corporation and Martha Prud'homme
("Instructor").
WHEREAS, Fort Worth and Instructor entered into an Agreement for Instructor to provide
recreational classes for City participants; and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Fort Worth and Instructor to amend the
Agreement in order to update the initial term dates; and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Fort Worth and Instructor to renew the
agreement for the second renewal term, to begin on January 1, 2024 and end on December 31,
2024.
NOW THEREFORE, Fort Worth and Instructor, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend and renew the Agreement
as follows:
1. The Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the first sentence of Section 2,,
Term of Agreement, in its entirety with the following language: "Unless
terminated earlier pursuant to the terms herein, the term of this Agreement begins
on January 1, 2022 and expires on December 31, 2022 ("Initial Term").
2. The Agreement is hereby renewed for its Second Renewal Term, beginning January
1, 2024 and ending December 31, 2024.
3. All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
