In accordance with the Professional Services Agreement signed between Sentari
Technologies , Inc. ("Contractor") and the City of Fort Worth ("Client") on October 30 ,
2009 , City Secretary Contract (CSC) No. 39473 , "Professional Services Agreement,"
Appendix B-1 , is incorporated into the Professional Services Agreement and hereby
read as follows:
1. The term of this work order shall be extended to end when all services have
been completed under this work order as contemplated herein .
2. This Work Order incorporates by reference all of the terms and conditions of
the Professional Services Agreement, CSC No. 39473 specifically the
services to be provided under Section 1 of said agreement.
3 . The services to be performed under this Work Order shall be as follows :
RADIO COMMUNICATIONS TECHNICIAN
1 . Perform work associated with the installation , repair , and maintenance of various
electronic equipment ; to provide assistance to assigned superv isory personnel
2. Work primarily in a team environment to install , maintain , repa ir, and test a
variety of Radio commun ications equipment including but not limited to :
o land mobile radio systems
o 800 Mhz trunked simulcast rad io network
o Simulcast paging systems
o multi-site microwave radio links
o dispatch consoles
o microprocessor-controlled radio transceivers
o voice recording systems
o PC based supervisory control , monitoring systems , and data acquisition
systems
o peripheral systems and equipment
3. Local and remote programm ing of radios and radio communication equipment
4 . Service fleet of Police and Fire vehicle MDC and related equipment
5. Preventative maintenance dut ies
6. Train customers in the use of various radio equ ipment
7. Partic ipate in inventory control
