CITY SECRETARY
CONTRACT NO . 31413-B 4
In accordance with the Professional Services Agreement signed between Sentari
Technologies, Inc. ("Contractor") and the City of Fort Worth ("Client") on October 30,
2009, City Secretary Contract (CSC) No . 39473, "Professional Services Agreement,"
Appendix B-4, is incorporated into the Professional Services Agreement and hereby
read as follows:
1. The term of this work order shall be extended to end when all services have
been completed under this work order as contemplated herein, but not later
than September 30 , 2010.
2. This Work Order incorporates by reference all of the terms and conditions of
the Professional Services Agreement, CSC No. 39473 specifically the
services to be provided under Section 1 of said agreement.
3. The services to be performed under this Work Order shall be as follows:
SECURITY ADMINISTRATOR
Assist in the daily operational support activities of the information security team.
Targeted deliverables will include:
A. Administration and support of Net Motion systems
1. Develop and document daily operational administrative duties of the Net
motion system
2. Trouble-shoot and collaborate with vendor on Net motion incidents
3. Identify, develop and implement relevant monthly performance and statistical
reporting of the system to management by May 2010
4. Plan and lead knowledge transfer of the above Net motion skill sets to network
staff such that network team technicians can provide backup support of the Net
motion system by September 2010
B. Administration, support and reporting of BlueCoat Internet proxy systems
1 . Generation of usage reports as required
2. Implementation of delegated administration
3 . Continued monitoring and tuning of proxy appliance installation
4 . Identify, develop and implement relevant monthly performance and statistical
reporting of the system to management by June 2010
5 . Plan and lead knowledge transfer of the above BlueCoat skill sets to network
staff such that network team technicians can provide backup support of the proxy
system by September 2010
C . Deploying and administering MacAfee enterprise technologies

1 . Support the continuous VirusScan Enterprise & AntiSpyware Enterprise
products city-wide
2. Augment and accelerate the city-wide deployment of full disk decryption
solution to all city laptop assets
3. Identify, develop and implement relevant monthly reporting of the products to
management by July 2010
D . Administration and support of city-wide firewall systems
1. Assist in the documentation of the city's current firewall systems and standard
operational procedures by August 2010
2 . Perform day-to-day firewall support activities
3. Assist in knowledge transfer of the fundamental firewall skill sets to network
staff such that network team technicians can provide low-level support of the
firewall systems by September 2010
