APPENDIX B-7 A
In accordance with the Professional Services Agreement signed between Sentari
Technologies, Inc . ("Contractor") and the City of Fort Worth ("Client") on October 30 ,
2009 , City Secretary Contract ("CSC ") No. 39473 , as amended by CSC No. 39473-A1
on September 16, 2010 (collectively the "Professional Services Agreement"), Appendix
B-7 A, is incorporated into the Professional Services Agreement and hereby reads as
follows:
1. The term of this work order shall be extended to end when all services have
been completed under this work order as contemplated herein , but not later
than the end date set forth below.
2. This Work Order incorporates by reference all of the terms and cond itions of
the Professional Services Agreement , specifically the services to be provided
under Section 1 of said agreement.
3 . The services to be performed under this Work Order shall be as follows :
GISANALYST
• Coordinate with Database and GIS to create centralized list of GIS
processes, including SQL Jobs , Stored Procedures , models, scripts, dlls
and executables
• Research scheduling tools and devise a solution for executing schedule
tasks on a remote SOE server
• Update the Public Safety application process and revamp SQL statement
• Troubleshoot streets with invalid lengths SOE issue with ESRI to determine
the problem . Convert the existing SQL process to a python script that will
serve as a schedule of tasks
• Update Comp Plan symbology for water features on Zoning Arel MS site
• Assist with Plat and Zoning ordinance data entry as needed
• Review the Tarrant County (TC) 911 upload process , and troubleshoot
reasons street exceptions are still showing up in the import process . Add a
statistic to report multiple TC911 OIDs so these can be corrected
• Work with the database group to upgrade SOE to SQL 2008 . Assist in
testing as needed
• Assist with upgrade ArcSDE software to version 10. Identify VBA and VB6
applications that will need to be upgraded
