In accordance with the Professional Services Agreement signed between Sentari
Technologies, Inc. ("Contractor") and the City of Fort Worth ("Client") on October 30 ,
2009, City Secretary Contract (CSC) No. 39473 , "Professional Services Agreement ,"
Appendix B-9, is incorporated into the Professional Services Agreement and hereby
reads as follows:
1. The term of this work order shall be extended to end when all services have
been completed under this work order as contemplated herein , but not later
than the end date set forth below.
2. This Work Order incorporates by reference all of the terms and conditions of
the Professional Services Agreement, CSC No . 39473 specifically the
services to be provided under Section 1 of said agreement.
3. The services to be performed under this Work Order shall be as follows :
Staff Augmentation for Gas Well Revenue Reporting
Reconciling Revenue Spreadsheet Import
• Review of Gas Lease Database 4 hours
• Initial meeting w ith Staff to review database - 1 hour
• Other meetings w ith Staff to review business processes - 3 hours
• Database revisions/programming to import "Reconciling Revenue Spreadsheet"
into gas lease database -40 hours
• Testing - 8 hours
• Review changes to database for Reconciling Revenue Spreadsheet with Staff -2
hours
• Final Revisions/Final testing of Reconciling Revenue Spreadsheet Import -16
hours
• Instruction/Acceptance by Gas Lease Program Staff -1 hour
