APPENDIX B-30
In accordance with the Professional Services Agreement signed between Sentari
Technologies, Inc. ("Contractor'') and the City of Fort Worth ("Client ") on October 30,
2009 , City Secretary Contract ("CSC") No. 39473, as amended by CSC No . 39473-A1
on September 16, 2010, CSC No. 39473-A2 on December 14, 2010 and CSC No.
39473-A3 on November 13, 2011 , and CSC No . 39473-A4 on February 21 , 2013
(collectively the "Professional Services Agreement"), Appendix 8-30 is incorporated into
the Professional Services Agreement and hereby reads as follows :
1. The term of this work order shall be extended to end when all services have
been completed under this work order as contemplated herein, but not later
than the end date set forth below.
2. This Work Order incorporates by reference all of the terms and conditions of
the Professional Services Agreement , specifically the services to be provided
under Section 1 of said agreement.
3. The services to be performed under this Work Order shall be as follows :
IT PROGRAMMER/DEVELOPER
1. Modify existing Microfocus applications to interface with PeopleSoft (detailed
design of the interface will be provided by the ERP II Project)
2. Modify existing Microfocus applications to accommodate the expanded
accounting code ("FAG")
3 . Assist with development and system testing as needed
4 . Assist with maintaining Microfocus applications as needed
5. Work closely with business personnel , other technical personnel , and IT
Solutions leadership to advise on timeframes and risks of migrating
applications to Microfocus
6. Manage multiple efforts and requests for support
7 . Modify the following applications: TPW Light & Signal (in Production); Parks &
Community Service (in Productions); Water Village Creek Inventory System
(in Production); Fire Supply (developed , currently being systems tested;
scheduled to be installed into Production Microfocus server on 9/30/2013);
and Code Compliance (currently being developed , scheduled for system
testing October 2013 , and for installation on Production Microfocus server in
November 2013) to accommodate new FAG code per ERP Financials ;
includes online screens, files , and batch processes.
