AMENDMENT 2 TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO.58147
This Amendment is executed by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter "City")
and the City of Watauga (hereafter "Water Provider"). City and Water Provider are each
individually referred to herein as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
WHEREAS, the Parties previously entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract
No. 58147 (the "Contract"); and
WHEREAS, the Contract was executed for the Parties to assist eligible Low Income
Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) clients in Tarrant County; and
WHEREAS, the term of the Contract was set to expire on December 31, 2023 in Iine
with the LIHWAP program, but the Parties kept operating under the Agreement and the Program
has since been extended to March 31, 2024; and
WHEREAS, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to reflect this new expiration date.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Agency agree to amend the Contract as follows:
1. The term of the Contract is hereby amended in accordance with the Low Income
Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) and will expire March 31,
2024, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Contract.
