AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO
CITY OF FORT WORTH CONTRACT 57606
This Amendment is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter
"City"), a home rule municipality, with its principal place of business at 200 Texas Street, Fort
Worth, Texas, and FW Services Inc ("Vendor"), City and Vendor may be referred to individually
as a Party and collectively as the Parties.
WHEREAS, on March 29, 2022, the Parties entered into City Secretary Contract 57606
to provide manual labor services for events at the Fort Worth Convention Center (FWCC) and the
Will Rogers Memorial Center (WRMC) ("Agreement/Contract");
WHEREAS, the Parties executed Renewal Option 1 of 4 effective May 24, 2023 for the
term of one year but mistakenly labeled the renewal as the second renewal option;
WHEREAS, the Parties agree to amend the Agreement to clarify the renewal options;
and
WHEREAS, the Parties agree to amend the Agreement to increase the total
compensation amount by $50,000.00,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, acting herein by the through their duly authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement:

AMENDMENTS
Section 3.1, under the heading entitled "3. Compensation" of the Agreement is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Total compensation under this Agreement will not exceed an annual amount up to One Million
Seven Hundred Fifty -Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,755,000.00);
The Agreement is further amended to correct the previous renewal on file with the City as
Renewal Term No. 2. The Agreement's initial term began May 24, 2022 and expired one-year
later. The Parties then renewed the Agreement for its first renewal term of May 24, 2023 to May
23, 2024. The parties have only exercised one renewal option and, in accordance with the terms of
the Agreement, the Agreement may renew an additional three times.
2.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.
3.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be
an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy

or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall
have the same effect as anoriginal.
