Re: Contract Termination Notice
Contract No. CSC No. 54354 (the "Contract")
Pursuant to the Contract, the City has the right to terminate the Contract at any time and
for any reason by providing the party with 30 days' written notice of termination. This letter is to
inform you that the City is exercising its right to terminate the Contract immediately upon the end
of the termination notice period stated in the Contract. Per the termination clause in the contract,
please provide the following:
1. Copies of all completed or partially completed documents prepared under the
Agreement.
2. In the event Vendor has received access to City Information or data as a requirement
to perform services, Vendor shall return all City provided data to City in a machine-
readable format or other format deemed acceptable to City.
Please return this signed acknowledgement letter to the address set forth below,
acknowledging receipt of the Contract Termination Notice. Failure to provide a signed
acknowledgment does not affect the termination of the Contract.
