Re: Termination notice for the lease at 7650 McCart Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76133.
Dear Mr. Sharif:
We regret to inform you the City of Fort Worth ("Lessee") will be exercising the early termination
option of the lease for 7650 McCart Avenue, suite 7650, Fort Worth, Texas 76133, currently being used
by the Fort Worth Police Department.
Per paragraph 3. Early Termination Option in the amended lease agreement between the City of Fort
Worth and Barket Corporation d/b/a McCart Village (City Secretary Contract Number 37785-A3), this
letter serves as the Lessee's one hundred twenty (120) day written notice of termination of the Lease
effective upon Lessor's receipt of this notice.
Lessee agrees to pay base rent and its proportionate share of operating expenses as outline in the
amendment for the 120-day period and agrees to vacate on or before the expiration of the 120-day
period.
We have enjoyed the space and working with you.
