FOURTH RENEWAL AND FOURTH AMENDMENT TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 53801
This Fourth Renewal and Fourth Amendment to City Secretary Contract Number
53801 ("Fourth Renewal and Fourth Amendment") is by and between the City of Fort Worth
("City"), a home -rule municipality organized under the laws of the State of Texas, acting by and
through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and Century Fire Protection, LLC
("Vendor"), a Texas limited liability company, acting by and through its duly authorized
representative.
WHEREAS, City and Vendor are parties to City Secretary Contract ("CSC") Number
53 80 1, an agreement for fire protection services for the City's various facilities (the "Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Agreement authorized the parties to renew the terms for up to four
additional one-year terms;
WHEREAS, the parties desire to renew and extend the Agreement for the fourth and final
renewal term of one year; and

WHEREAS, the parties also desire to amend the Agreement to increase the pricing by
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein expressed, the
parties agree as follows:
I.
Fourth Renewal
1. The Parties agree to renew and extend the Agreement for the fourth one-year
renewal period, to be effective beginning on April 13, 2024 and expiring on April 12, 2025
("Fourth Renewal Term").
H.
Fourth Amendment
1. The Parties hereby amend the Agreement to increase all pricing for the Vendor's
services by 15%. Therefore, each line item of Attach A, entitled "Annual Inspection", located on
pages 10-13 of 23 of the Agreement is increased by 15%. In addition, the rates included in
Amendment No. 1 are hereby increased by 15%.

I . All terms and conditions of the Agreement not addressed herein remain in full force
and effect and are binding upon the parties.
2. All terms in this Fourth Renewal and Fourth Amendment that are capitalized but
not defined shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.
