AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 56937
This AMENDMENT No. 1 to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 56937
("Amendment") is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth, a home -rule
municipal corporation of the State of Texas ("City"), acting herein by and through its duly
authorized Assistant City Manager, and Frontline Public Safety Solutions, LLC ("Vendor"),
acting herein by and through its duly authorized President. City and Vendor are individually
referred to as a "party" and collectively referred to as the "parties".
WHEREAS, City and Vendor are currently parties to an agreement for Vendor to provide
camera audit software, the same being Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 56937 (the
"Agreement");
WHEREAS, the parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the maximum
amount to be expended under the contract, for the initial term or any following renewal term, to a
total not to exceed $26,000.00 to add QA Tracker -Quality Assurance / Quality Improvement
Evaluations.
NOW THEREFORE, known by all these present, Fort Worth and Vendor, acting herein by
the through their duly authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the
Agreement as follows:
1.
The Agreement is hereby amended by deleting Section 3, "Compensation," of the
Agreement in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
3. Compensation.
3.1 Total compensation under this Agreement will not exceed Twenty Six
Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($26, 000. 00).
3.2 City will pay Vendor in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act (Chapter
2251 of the Texas Government Code) and provisions of this Agreement, including
Exhibit" B," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes.
3.3 Vendor will not perform any additional services or bill for expenses
incurred for City not specified by this Agreement unless City requests and approves
in writing the additional costs for such services. City will not be liable for any
additional expenses of Vendor not specified by this Agreement unless City first
approves such expenses in writing.

Except as expressly modified in this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
