APPENDIX B-9
In accordance with the Professional Services Agreement signed between Digital
Intelligence Systems Corp ("Contractor") and the City of Fort Worth (Client) on October
12, 2009 City Secretary Contract ("CSC") 39491, as amended by CSC No.39491-A1, on
September 13, 2010, (collectively the "Professional Services Agreement"), this
Appendix B-9 is incorporated into the Professional Services Agreement and hereby
reads as follows:
The term of this work order shall be extended to end when all services have
been completed under this work order as contemplated herein, but not later
than the end date set forth below.
2. This Work Order incorporates by reference all of the terms and conditions of
the Professional Services Agreement, CSC No. 39491 specifically the
services to be provided under Section 1 of said agreement.
3. The services to be performed under this Work Order are listed below:
Description of Work:
Project to collect Outlook Personal Folder Stores or PST's from client computers and import them
into an Iron Mountain NearPoint email archiving system.
The tasks involved are the following:
• Pulling customer computer inventory reports,
• Running scripts to inventory the PSTs on customer's computers,
• Engaging with customers regarding their PST inventory,
• Removing the PST's from the client computers,
• Orienting customers on the new Exchange rules and use of the Iron Mountain NearPoint
email archive.
