CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 58967
This First Renewal and Second Amendment to City Secretary Contract Number 58967 is
by and between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a home -rule municipality organized under the
laws of the State of Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and
Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC, LLC ("Vendor"), a Texas Limited Liability Company, acting by
and through its duly authorized representative.
WHEREAS, City and Vendor are parties to City Secretary Contract ("CSC") NuaT>ber
58967, an agreement for fire suppression and sprinkler repair services for the Public Events
Department (Services") which are set forth in Exhibit "A" of CSC 58967 (the "Agreement');
WHEREAS, the Agreement authorized the parties to renew the terms for up to four
additional one-year terms;
WHEREAS, the parties desire to renew the Agreement for the first of four renewal terms
of one year; and
WHEREAS, the parties also desire to amend the Agreement to increase the total
compensation frown $85,000.00 to an amount not to exceed $100,000.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein expressed, the
parties agree as follows:
I.
First Renewal
The Parties agree to renew and extend the Agreement for the first one-year renewal
period, to be effective beginning on January 4, 2024 and expiring on January 3, 2025 {"Fourth
Renewal Term").

Second Amendment
I , The Parties hereby amend the Agreement to increase the total compensation under this
agreement to an amount not to exceed $100,000.00.

1. All terms and conditions of the Agreement not addressed herein remain in full force
and effect and are binding upon the parties.
