Tl�e Second Renewal Term of the above-referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth
expires on May 16, 2024 ("Expiration Date"). This letter is to infonn you that the City wishes tc�
exercise its rencwal option for a Third Renewal Tenn, which will begin immcdiately after the
Expiration Date and continue for one year thereafter. All other terms and conditions of the
Contract, as previously anleuded, remain unchangcd. Please return this signed
acknowledgement letter, along with a current copy of your insurance ecrtificate reflecting
the Citv of Fort Worth as the Holder, to the address set forth below acknowledgin� receipt
of the Contract Renewal Notice. Failurc to provide a signed acknowledgment does not af'fect
the renewal.
