SECOND RENEWAL
FOR CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 53840
FORT WORTH MEACHAM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
ADMINISTRATION BUILDING OFFICE LEASE ANNUAL
SUITE 200
This ADMINISTRATION BUILDING OFFICE LEASE AGREEMENT ("Lease") is
made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH ("Lessor"), a home rule
municipal corporation under the State of Texas, acting by and through VALERIE
WASHINGTON, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and THE AMERICAN TRADE
GROUP, INC. D.B.A. AMERICAN LUMBER, INC. ("Lessee"), a domestic limited liability
company acting by and through BARRY HENDLER, its duly authorized PRESIDENT.
RECITALS
The following statements are true and correct and form the basis of this Agreement.
WHEREAS, on or about April 24, 2020, Lessee entered into City Secretary Contract
("CSC") No. 53840, an Administration Building Office Lease Agreement for Suite 200, consisting
of approximately 2005.68 square feet of office space ("Lease"); and
WHEREAS, the Lease provides for a three (3) year initial term with two (2) options to
renew for one (1) year each; and
WHEREAS, on December 17, 2022, the Lessee exercised its first option to renew
through CSC 53840-R1; and
WHEREAS, the Lessor and Lessee wish to exercise the second renewal term provided
under the Lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of
which are hereby acknowledged, Lessor and Lessee hereby agree as follows:
1. The Lease is hereby renewed and extended for the second permitted renewal term of one (1)
year, commencing on April 24, 2024 and expiring on April 23, 2025.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect. The
statements set forth in the recitals above are true and correct and form the basis upon which Lessor
and Lessee have entered into this Agreement. The Lease is a public document on file in Lessor's
City Secretary's Office and is incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.

3. All other provisions and conditions of the Lease that are not expressly amended herein or
directly in conflict with the provisions and conditions of this Amendment shall remain in full
force and effect.
