AMENDMENT No.2
TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT No. 56748
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth (CITY) and A.N.A Consultants,
LLC,(ENGINEER) made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 56748,
(the CONTRACT) which was authorized by M&C 21-0728 on the 21st day of
September, 2021 in the amount of $327,235.00; and
WHEREAS, the contract was subsequently revised by Amendment Number 1
in the amount of $57,440.00 authorized by M&C # 22-0324 April 26, 2022.
WHEREAS, the CONTRACT involves engineering services for the following
project:
Water and Sanitary Sewer Replacement Contract 2019, WSM-O, CPN
103381; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 2 to the
CONTRACT to include an increased scope of work and revised fee.
NOW THEREFORE, CITY and ENGINEER, acting herein by and through their
duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement, which
amends the CONTRACT:
1.
Article I of the CONTRACT is amended to include the additional
engineering services specified in proposal attached hereto and incorporated
herein. The cost to City for the additional design services to be
performed by Engineer totals $3,690.00
.
2.
Article II of the CONTRACT is amended to provide for an increase in
the fee to be paid to Engineer for all work and services performed
under the Contract, as amended, so that the total fee paid by the City
for all work and services shall be an amount of $388,365.00.
3.
All other provisions of the Contract, which are not expressly
amended herein, shall remain in full force and effect.

Dear Ms. Poudyal:
At the request of the City, A.N.A. Consultants has been asked to provide Engineering and Survey Design
services for the above-referenced project.
This request for additional services is not part of our existing contract and will exceed our current scope. A.N.A.
Consultants, L.L.C. is recommending that our current contract be amended to include these additional services
as well as the corresponding fee adjustments.
Below are the List of Tasks completed as part of this Amendment:
• Split the Project into two parts (Planset and Contract Manual).
• Incorporate the TPW pavement replacement with this project for all the streets.
• Revising the plan sheets to include paving design: Street pavement replacement, driveways, and
sidewalks.
• Pavement re-striping design were required on John T White and Williams.
• Update the Sheet-by-sheet project quantities to include Unit 3 Paving, and Water/Sewer/Paving split
quantities for certain items.
• 1117 Williams — Survey service locations marked by the owner, and revise the Water & Sewer design
to service the subdivided lots.
