As you might already know, SUEZ Water Technologies & Solutions was acquired by the Veolia Group on
January 18, 2022. Due to ongoing regulatory processes, we have been operating independently from the
rest of Veolia during this time. I'm pleased to announce that we are now officially integrated into the
Veolia Group and going forward the Purification & Disinfection group (all ozone and UV products) will
operate as the legal entity Veolia Water Technologies Treatment Solutions USA Inc. in lieu of SUEZ
Treatment Solutions Inc.
Please note that this update is a name change only. While our name is now different, our relationship with
you will not change. Your contacts remain the same and will continue to provide you with the same level of
support and service that you are accustomed to. This entity name change to Veolia Water Technologies
Treatment Solutions USA Inc. will not impact any previous proposals, existing contracts, or the team
supporting your business. Our Federal Tax ID number and banking information will also remain the same.
We are very excited about the future of this business, and our customers are an integral part of that future.

Purpose of Form
