IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS CHANGE ORDER,THE CONTRACTOR SHALL:
CMR-1003.-Purchase and'Install a Storm Water Lift Pump to replace an existing storm water Lift pump on the storm water system at the Sludge Only
Landfill(SOS.).
In 199 8,,the City of Fort Worth Water Depaftment and Renda Environmental Inc,(RED"partnered"and worked together to provide a storm water
pumping and piping system at the Sludge Only Landfill(S )to be used to remove excess,storm water from the SOL site and pump the storm water
back to the Village Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant,through the existing 12"filtrate return line from the SOS...,. 'Me existing storm water lift pumps,
pump station and a 12"storm witer L'booster"pump was provided by the City to assist REI 'in storm water management at the SOL. REI will continue
to provide normal wear and tsar replacement parts?maintenance of the pump and maintenance of the piping,and electrical systems at,no additional
costs to the City. The Contractor has provided a cost breakdown of$6,011.01.1 for this work.
