RENEWAL AGREEMENT
This RENEWAL AG, EMENT. ("Renewal") is made and entered Mto by and
between the Clky of Fort "oral "C ty " , acting herein by and th-rough its duly authorized
Assistant City Manager, and Adams & Zottarelli, EEC, acting by and through its managing
partner, and Solutions for Local Control, LLC, acting by and thiough its duly authorized
principal. Adams & Zottarel l i, LLC and Solutions for local Control, LLC, are joint partners
under this Agreement, (collectively referred to as "Joint trtners" or "Consultant"' , whose
services are to be retained hereunder for and in consideration of the covenants and promises
contained herein.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City and Consultant previously entered into City Secretary Contract No..
43826, (the "Agreement") a contract for services wherein Consultant provides advice and
counsel on legislative matters concerning the City; and
WHEREAS, the terra of the Agreement began October 1, 2012 and expires September
30, 2013; and.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2 of the Agreement, the City has the right to renew the
Agreement at the same terms and conditions for one additional year.
Now THEREFORE, and in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises
contained herein, the parties hereby agree as follows:

The Agreement is hereby renewed and extended for a term of one year beginning October
1,2,013 and expiring S'ep�tember 301, 2014.
2.
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force
and effect..
