additional services thatare beyond our originall scope of services.
SCOPE OF WORK
TASK 1. DESIGN MANAGEMENT.

a Prepare and submit 15 additional monthly M Report Forms
TASK 4. FINAL,DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
ENGINEER will revise construction plans, project manual and opinion of probable
construction costs,as follows:

Proposed -16-inch water line along Bellaire Drive North between Rogers Avenue and
South University Drive revised to be an 8-inch water line
FEE
Dunaway proposes to provide the above described scope of work for a LUMP SUIM fee of
$24,345-00.
Only those services,specifically mentioned in the Scope of Work section are offered as a part
of this proposal.
