Re: Lease Agreement ("Lease") between the City of Fort Worth ("Tenant") and Texas
Christian University ("Landlord") for space at 2900 W. Berry ("Leased Premises") (City
Secretary Contract Nos. 37325 and 39812)
Dear Mr. Gutierrez:
This letter will serve as notice of Tenant's intent to exercise the second option to renew
the Lease. The renewal option will commence on June 1, 2011 and expire on May 31,
2012, subject to all other terms of the Lease.
