("Contractor') and the City of F=ort Worth ("Client" or "City") effective as of November 6, 2013 and approved by M C C 26551 on November 5, 2013 (the "Agreement"), this Appendix B-14C is incorporated into the Agreement and hereby reads as follows: 1. The system will initially sI.,ippory the needs of the SWMD, though its utilization may in the future: be expanded to other sections of TPW or to other City departments.
